In order to provide you the lowest cost for your tools AutomotiveTools4Less.com will only ship to the Continental USA as well as Alaska and Hawaii from this website. We ship via UPS ONLY. We are not able to ship to APO's, American Territories or international destinations.

Setting up this website in this manner eleviates much of the labor involved in international shipping and alternate shipping methods allowing us to offer these low prices.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items and are calculated directly from UPS. If an item weighs more then 70 lbs your order may ship via truck line.

We make every attempt to locate and ship your item from a warehouse close to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Orders MUST be in by 12:00pm EST for expedited shipping. Overnight shipping is NEXT BUSINESS DAY shipping. Saturday Delivery is available upon request and only if UPS offers it in your area.

RETURN POLICY...

Warranty:
Automotive Specialty Tools Inc will directly warrant any product found defective due to workmanship of product within the first 90 days. After 90 days, any defective product must be addressed with the manufacturer.

Returns:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item within 30 days and we will issue you a refund less shipping charge.

Diagnostic Equipment and Electronic Items - Due to their sensitive nature, Electronic items and Diagnostic equipment will be tested completely upon return to make sure they were not used, or registered. If we find that the unit is not sellable as new there will be a 25% restocking fee.

• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.

• If the product was damaged in transit to you REFUSE IT and call us.

• A 25% restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item that is returned in less than new, resalable condition.

• If a product is returned after 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
 
• There is NO RETURNS on software.
 
• A charge of $12.95 will be deducted for all products originally shipped free of charge.


We suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for
returns that do not arrive back.
